Refund & Cancellation Policy

The 50% deposit is non-refundable once work has commenced. If you cancel before work begins, the deposit is refundable minus any costs already incurred (e.g., domain registration, third-party subscriptions).

Retainer services can be cancelled with 30 days written notice. Fees already paid for the current month are non-refundable. There are no cancellation penalties beyond the notice period.

We include revision rounds in every project. If you are unsatisfied with the delivered work, we will work with you to resolve concerns before considering refund requests.
